1. Service
Autosocpost is a content scheduling and publishing service. It lets authorized users connect social accounts, upload content, schedule posts, and send that content through official platform APIs.
2. Your accounts
You may connect only accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for complying with the terms, community rules, advertising policies, and API policies of each connected platform.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Autosocpost a limited license to store, process, format, and transmit it solely to provide the requested service. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content.
4. Security
Do not share your Autosocpost password or API keys. OAuth credentials are issued by the connected platforms and may be revoked at any time. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Availability
Publishing depends on third-party APIs, account permissions, quotas, reviews, and network availability. We cannot guarantee that every platform will accept every post or remain continuously available.
6. Suspension and termination
You may disconnect social accounts or stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access that threatens security, violates law or platform rules, or interferes with the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Autosocpost is not liable for platform enforcement actions, rejected posts, API changes, or indirect losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
